Payment
We accept several methods of payment:
Credit card orders -- (Secure SSL) Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal - they accept all credit cards, W/T, e-checks (items will be placed on hold until this clears with Paypal -- usually 3 to 4 days.)
We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks (personal checks will be held for 10 days clearing before merchandise can be sent.) If you planning to pay Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks contact_us@mylittlestars.net before you do so.
Shipping
Please note that we may ship either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail to all states.
International shipping is available air mail with no tracking information.
Overnight shipping is also available. Overnight shipments are made by USPS Express delivery-overnight to most states. Please note that weekends and holidays may take longer to deliver.
United States is $7.95 for up to 3 items.
Canada shipping is $12.95 for up to 3 items.
Shipping for all other international orders is $27.00
Ground orders will usually be shipped within same or next business day after receipt. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. That is why, My Little Stars offers a 100% money back guarantee return policy. You can return an unused item, for any reason within 30 days of your delivery, for an exchange or full refund. To process your return quickly, please follow the steps below. Very important:
No returns on sale items

Contact us at returns@mylittlestars.net within 10 day after your delivery arrives to notify us of the return or exchange. After receiving your request, we will send you an e-mail confirming further instructions.
Return unused item with all original packaging and copy of your invoice within 30 days. You will be responsible to cover shipping costs of the return.
We ship our items insured. In case of lost, stolen, damage items during delivery contact us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the delivery company. You will not incur any costs in this case.
Upon receipt of the package, you will receive an email indicating that fact. We will immediately process a request to credit your account or send you another item, depending on your request.
